Once the lead generation form is published and used by leads, it is possible to see how many people have filled out the form and who these people are. In addition, if you have offered any communication subscription in your form, you can also see who has subscribed to which communication.

The lead generation results are available in 2 locations:
- In the lead generation process, you can consult the sections Report and Inquiries.
- In the contact's profile, you also have some data.
Report (General Results)
The Report section contains graphs with data in numbers and dates. Some clickable elements give more details.You can also view results of forms in preparation for test purposes if needed.
The report is, by default, displayed for the last month. You can change the displayed period as needed.
Chart | Description |
---|---|
Cumulative | Shows the number of filled forms for the selected period. |
Daily | Shows the number of filled forms (Inquiries), as well as the number of different new contacts who have filled out the form (Leads), for the selected period. |
Contact acquisition | Shows the number of new contacts added to the project from the lead generation form, as opposed to the number of contacts already in the project. |
Consent acquisition | If the form offered a subscription to one or more communications, you will see a chart for each subscription.

Inquiries (Lead List)
This section lists the people who filled out the lead form. This list shows the first and last names of contacts, as well as their emails and any other fields from the form. If needed, you can choose to display contacts for a different period. From this list, double-click any contact to see the contact's profile.
Contact's Profile
In the Chronology of the contact's profile, you can see the lead form(s) the contact has filled out.You can also consult the list of forms filled out by the contact in the Relational Data section:
