If a user from your account has forgotten his password, you can reset it manually. To perform this action, you need Administrator permissions.
Go to Users -> Users list and click Edit next to the user:
In the user's profile, click Reset password:
The user will receive an email with his user name and a new temporary password. This password will the be required to be modified.
