See the List of Contacts Who Filled Out a Lead Generation Form

After publishing a lead generation form, you want to see the list of contacts who filled out the form. You have 3 options for generating a list.

Option 1: Advanced Search
Go to the contact list. In the upper right, click Advanced search. Then, click Search in a custom table. Select the Lead generation table:

Criteria you can use:

  1. Date: Indicate the period during which the form has been filled out using operators. 
  2. Form name: Use a keyword or the full name.
  3. Type: Use the values provided in the table below.
  4. Contact criteria: To refine the search with contact fields.
  5. Other criteria: To refine the search with a group

Click Save to keep and save the search criteria you have just defined in order to use it again in the future. If you want this search to be available to other users in the company, check the Share this search option. The next time you access the search page, the saved searches will display in the drop-down list of the Saved searches field.

Option 2: Lead Generation Results
The Inquiries section from the lead generation results displays a lead list (with fewer filter options than the advanced search).

Option 3: Groups
You can also create a group to target contacts who filled out a lead generation form to generate a lead list.
