This feature provides the ability to transfer answers provided in surveys into the profile of contacts who have completed the survey. To perform this transfer, the survey must first be sent using a message (with the link) so that the answers can be linked to a contact (through the fields). Once the configuration is done and the survey published, the data transfer is automatic. The configuration must be done on a survey before it is published.

Requirements
You must use the option Invitation, accessible from a personalized link in the section Accessibility on the Edition page. When you select this option, the Profile update section will appear. To learn more on the Accessibility options, read Creating a Survey.
How to
- In the Edition page, go to the Profile update section.
- Activate the Update the profile when the survey is completed option.
- Specify how you want fields to be updated, either by completing only empty fields or updating all fields in the project (whether the field already has a value or not).
- In the Fields to be updated section, click Transfer an answer.
- Select a question in the list of eligible questions. Questions whose answers are presented as radio buttons or matrices cannot be transferred.
- Select a project field where you want to transfer the selected answer. Only fields with the same value format are shown in the list. Also, fields composing the primary key cannot be updated, so they are excluded from the list of available fields. The same field can only be used once. However, the same answer can be transferred in more than one field in the project.
Once the survey is put online and contacts complete it, the selected answers will be transferred in the related fields in the profile.
