The attendance rate indicates the number of people who have actually attended the event. This rate is determined based on the actual number of participants present.

Go to the edition page of the event and click Report in the upper right under the 3 dots:
In the upper part of the page, there is a report on the evolution of the registrations over the days:
Further down the page, there are 3 charts to interpret the event results:
| Distribution of registrations | Distribution of registrations versus cancellations. If a confirmation step is part of the process, you will also see confirmed and unconfirmed registrations. | 
| Participation rate | Number of people who actually attended the event. The participation rate is calculated once the event is over. | 
| Contact acquisition | Number of new contacts gained from the event, over the total of participants. |
