Email Results

Results for your emails are available in different sections of your project. On the home page, there is an overview of your Emails' performance, and in the Results section, there are detailed statistics. You can also consult data on sent messages in the contact's profile.


Overview

On the home page, you can consult a performance summary for all the messages:These statistics are updated once a day. The could be a disparity between the data displayed here and the data in real-time.


Detailed Results

In Analytics → Emails, you can consult specific results for a message, a campaign or a deployment. In this section, you can consult, in the upper menu, some indicators, such as openings, clicks and attrition (contact loss):The results can be filtered with Clicks/Views or Clicks/Deliveries. A delivered email has not necessarily been viewed (delivered messages don't include in error messages).
