Activating Message Interception

Interception mainly aims at converting implied contacts to accept to explicitely subscribe to your communication types. Interception triggers the display of a form where contacts can specify their communication preferences.

he interception process provides the ability to show a consent form to your recipients when they click on any links in a message. This form allows the recipient to confirm if he wants to continue to receive your communications, and if so, provide you with an explicit consent to send him these communication. When interception is activated, a new page is shown when the recipient click on a link, before accessing the page related to the clicked link. Interception is only done when the recipient's subscription status is UNKNOWN (who has not subscribed or unsubscribed), and only for the specified communications.
