Setting Up a Smart Dashboard

Our smart dashboard module can help you make data-driven decisions by giving you an effortless way to see and understand trends, outliers, and insights from analyzing your data using graphs, charts, and indicators. 

The mechanism used by smart dashboards involves a connection with Google Big Query:Data are exported from DI to GBQ. Then, DI fetch this compiled data to display it in a smart dashboard.

Step 1: Introductory Meeting to the Module

A meeting between you and a Dialog Insight employee will be scheduled to share information about the module. The following topics will be covered:

  • Your questions

Step 2: Opening and Configuring the Data Warehouse

Dialog Insight has an integration to automate data exports to Google Big Query. You must configure this integration to set up the connection between DI and GBQ.

Step 3: Smart Dashboard Connection

A second meeting aims to organize access to fetch your data from Google Big Query to integrate it into Dialog Insight.

  • Data

  • Filters 
  • Permissions and access to the module 
  • Automated exports

Step 4: Dashboard Presentation by a DI Integrator

You will be contacted when your dashboard is ready. The goal is to ensure that the needs collected previously are covered. The integrator responsible for creating the dashboard will be present to make the corrections.


Results

Once the validation is complete, our team will add your dashboard to the Dialog Insight platform. You now have a smart dashboard that gives you better insights into your results and objectives. The dashboard has different indicators on your contacts and other related data.

An alert is an automatic notification or warning process that can be used for many use cases, such as reaching a sales goal. When the result is reached, the notification is sent.
