Admissibility Conditions

Activated/Deactivated Status
- The contact is activated.
Channel Admissibility
- The contact is not in quarantine.
- The contact is not on the kill file for that channel.
Email: The contact's email must be valid.
SMS: The contact's phone number must be in a valid format.
Consent
- The consent must have a subscription (opt-in or implicit consent).
- The consent (explicit or implicit) must be linked to the communication type.
Push notifications: The contact must have authorized the notifications.
