Defining Security Rules for the Company

Ideally, as soon as your account has been created in Dialog Insight, you should define the default access rules to be applied to all users in the company. 

Account management permission
Access Path
Account Management > Users > Security

In the Security page, define the rules to be used by default by your company for passwords and logins.
