Viewing E-Commerce Indicators in Contact Profiles

When the E-Commerce module is enabled for a given project, some of the data on the transactions performed during the last year are shown in the contact's summary and profile page. However, if no transactions were done, you will see it mentioned in the banner.

PrerequisiteThe E-Commerce module must be enabled for the project.
Access PathYou can access a contact's profile from a search, a group or a list of mailing results.

 How To

  1. To see a summary of all transactions and actions performed by a contact for a given period, go to the Summary page.
  2. From this list, you can view the details of a transaction by clicking on the transaction itself.
